Today I wanted to talk to you about some offline strategies to create leads for your primary business. OK, let me start from the beginning. When I got into network marketing, I was doing the old “call the friends and family” thing. And I burned through them pretty quickly, and I got pretty frustrated. I had nobody left to prospect.

So I found online marketing through MLM Lead System Pro, and I’ve developed all these incredible strategies online. But what I’ve done is, I’ve been so focused on developing my leads and my team online that I’ve pretty much ignored my entire home market, because I was so focused on not wanting to talk to friends and family anymore. It gave me such agita. It just gave me, ugh, that feeling.

You know when you get that look from one of your friends and family who you’ve already talked to about your business, or several businesses. They glaze over and you’re like, “Ugh.” So I had such a negative feeling in my gut about prospecting in a market that I live in, with people that I run into, that I pretty much ignored. And I built my whole business online.

I live in a city of 10 million. How many people are in the United States? There’s a lot of people for me to get into my primary business. So I’m no longer ignoring my home market. I’m getting a lot of leads and making a lot of connections live.

And I want to share one simple strategy that I’ve used to do that. It’s pretty cool.

So one of the strategies that I do to generate leads offline is I’ve got these really cool drop cards. This is an MLSP drop card. What I do is, I fold it in half, just like this. Lo and behold, what does that look like? A 0 bill, right?

When you get up close, OK, it looks like — here, I’m going to show you up close with this right now. Hang on.

OK, so when people open up this 0 bill, this is what they see. They see my little message that says, “0,000? Frightened of being successful? Let me scare you to death.” And there it has my domain: justmarketmoney.com.

This is pretty cool.

So what do you do with these? That’s the question, right?

OK, well, they’re called drop cards, so guess what? We drop them in clever, little places that people like us — networkers — are.

One of the places that I like to go is to a bookstore. I go to the section, the self-help financial section.

People like us, people who are open-minded to an opportunity, people who know how to spot money in funny places, and how to spot an opportunity, will notice a bill conveniently just stuck in the middle of the book.

They go to pick up the book, and ooh, look what falls out: a 0 bill. “What’s that? Just Market Money? I’m going to take this home and check it out.”

And I get leads this way, guys. I get leads this way.

You don’t have to just do them in bookstores. You put them in the little slot where the credit card goes. Guess what? People have to look in that slot because they have to slide their credit card in there.

There’s plenty of other places. Everywhere I go I pretty much conveniently drop them.

Do you have to use little 0 bills? No, you can come up — there are plenty of other sizzle cards out there that you can find. I just happen to find money very eye-catching.

I look for money. I see money places. Those are the kind of people that you want in your business: the kind of people who can spot that 0 bill from a mile away. Those are the kind of people who are going to spot an opportunity. So these are very, very helpful for that.

Anyway, that’s my MLM tip for the day. If you’re interested in getting some of these, I will put a link in the description so you can find them, if you like. Or, like I said, there’s plenty of other places to get interesting little sizzle cards made. Come up with a groovy little saying and your website, and you’re going to get some leads in your home market. And you won’t be related to them, and that’s pretty cool.
